My style of training is firm when required, supportive and interactive. I specialise in HIIT, muscle gain and definition and boxing / self defence training. I have a variety of equipment, including TRX, boxing and muay thai pads and gloves, Kettlebell weights and lots more. Every program is designed to provide you with the tools, direction and insight to guide you towards a healthier and fitter lifestyle.

10 years predominantly working in various gyms, including Gymbox, David Lloyd, Virgin and 37 degrees. Professional roles including personal trainer, fitness manager and cardio MSE development consultant. 13 years as a freelance personal trainer, fitness & health and wellbeing coach. Client base ranging from office workers to tradesmen and women, sports men and women, Saudi royal family.
